Dr. Carrie Edelman graduated cum laude from Cornell University, majoring in anthropology, and received her MD from SUNY Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn, New York. She completed her residency and fellowship at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. She stayed on at Temple to teach as a clinical instructor before establishing a private rheumatology practice in Brick, NJ.

Dr. Edelman recently joined Arthritis Rheumatic & Back Disease Associates after 13 years as a solo practitioner. She is board certified in Rheumatology and has been named twice as a Top Doc in NJ Monthly Magazine. Dr. Edelman lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
