Dr. Krommes graduated summa cum Laude from Rider University, and from Temple University School of Medicine where she received the Thomas M. Durant Award in Internal Medicine as the member of her class who “best exemplified the ideal physician: one who has a thorough knowledge of the biologic disease, but also a sensitive awareness of the patient as a person influenced by the social and psychological factors that attend illness.” Dr. Krommes remained at Temple University for residency in Internal Medicine and as chief resident. She completed her Rheumatology Fellowship at Temple, and continued at Temple as a faculty member, serving as the Fellowship Director and Associate section Chief of Rheumatology. During her tenure at Temple, she was named a Top Doc by Philadelphia Magazine.

Dr. Krommes joins Arthritis, Rheumatic & Back Disease Associates after being in private practice in Central Jersey. A self-professed Jersey Girl, Dr. Krommes lives in Titusville with her husband and is always in anticipation of visits with her four grandchildren.
