Are you a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) to lead and help develop a new physical therapy program integrated within an established Rheumatology practice located in Voorhees, NJ.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a startup program focused exclusively on treating patients with rheumatologic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune or inflammatory joint disorders. The right candidate will bring both strong clinical expertise and a desire to help shape and grow a specialized, patient-centered service.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized evaluations and treatments for patients with rheumatologic conditions
  • Collaborate with the Rheumatologists and clinical team to develop integrated care plans
  • Oversee daily operations of the PT program, including scheduling, compliance, and quality assurance
  • Assist in hiring, training, and supervising additional clinical staff as the program grows

Qualifications:

  • Active NJ Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
  • 2+ years of outpatient or specialty care experience preferred
  • Interest or experience in managing rheumatology or chronic inflammatory conditions a plus
  • Prior practice management or leadership experience strongly desired
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
